Sierra Club v. Kenny
On December 18, 1981, the Illinois Supreme Court stopped the Illinois Department of Conservation's plans to start logging Illinois's State Parks. The court ruled a timber sale in Pere Marquette State Park was illegal. This site contains documents related to this historic landmark ruling by the Supreme Court. More will be added.
