Our endorsement process is a grassroots one. It begins with Sierra Club leaders in your region, and their recommendations must be finalized by our state Chapter. Many of our local leaders are attempting to get endorsements completed earlier in the season so they can be an active part of local campaigns. We do not make endorsements in all races. If you returned a questionnaire in the primary your responses were retained and no further action is needed for endorsement consideration. All questionnaires are due to the Illinois Chapter office by Friday, June 22, 2012. Please contact Jen Hensley at jennifer.hensley@sierraclub.org with questions.
